Shipping policy

Once we receive the order in the online store, we proceed to prepare the order for shipment. The dispatch time from when an order is placed can vary between 24 or 48 hours. Once shipped, the time to reach the destination will depend on the shipping method chosen. If the shipment is standard, the order will arrive approximately in 4 or 5 business days. If the order is express, it usually arrives in 24 hours, but if there are holidays in between, it can reach 4 business days (1 to 4 business days).

The shipping price does not include import duties and taxes for countries outside the European Union. These charges are borne by the recipient and must be paid at customs when the package is picked up.
