Return and Refund Policy

The return of the product is free, the return shipping costs will be borne by Atlantis. Dispose of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days to make any return, counting from the reception of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, write an email to atlantisdonostia@gmail.com and indicate the following:

I hereby inform you that I withdraw from our contract for the sale of the PRODUCT (website name and order number)

Once we have received your email, we will tell you how to deliver the items to be returned. For your convenience, Atlantis will collect the product at home through a transport company. All shipping costs required for the return will be borne by Atlantis.

The reimbursement will proceed having verified that the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered, otherwise, the refund will not be made and the item will be returned to the consumer and the shipping costs must be borne by him.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the items to be returned by Atlantis, in the same payment method.

The return can also be made at the physical store (C/Bengoetxea nº1 20004 Atlantis San Sebastián) within the same period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.
